Use FlipLetters from your AI assistant

Add the FlipLetters MCP server once, then ask for a board in plain words. Your assistant gets back an MP4 download link and a link that opens the board in the Studio. You need a free FlipLetters account.

Apps with a Connect button (Claude.ai, ChatGPT and others) only need the server URL in step 2. You only need an API key for tools that ask for a header.

1. Get your API key (if your app asks for one)

Sign in to the Studio, open Developer, and create a key. It starts with flk_. Treat it like a password.

2. Add FlipLetters to your client

Click to install, then replace flk_YOUR_KEY with your key in Cursor Settings → MCP.

Claude.ai, ChatGPT and other apps with connectors

No key needed. Add a custom connector, paste the URL below and click Connect. Sign in with Google and allow access.

Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector. ChatGPT: Settings → Apps & Connectors → Create (developer mode). Cursor and Claude Code also support this sign-in if you leave out the Authorization header.

Grok, Muse, Duo and other MCP clients

Add a remote (Streamable HTTP) MCP server with this URL. If the app offers sign-in, click Connect. Otherwise add your API key as a header:

3. Ask for an animation

Make a FlipLetters animation that says "I love sourdough" and give me the MP4.
